This site uses cookies to remember who you are. The site saves 2 pieces
of information on your computer, so your computer can tell us
who you are.
The two pieces of information saved are your unique ID number
and your encrypted password. This way we can check your
password against your user id to make sure you logged in
with the right password.
For this to work you need to have cookies enabled in your browser.
Here's how to enable them..

Firefox
- Select the TOOLS menu and then click OPTIONS
- Select the PRIVACY Tab.
- Check the 'Accept cookies from sites'
- Log in!

Cache Settings for Internet Explorer 7 & 8
- Click on 'tools'
- then click on 'Internet options'
- In the section marked 'Browsing history', click on 'settings'
- Make sure that 'check for newer versions of stored pages' is set to 'Automatically' or 'Every visit to the page'
- You could also try 'Deleting Cookies'. You can do this by selecting 'Delete' under 'Browsing history' section and then select delete 'Temporary internet files' OR 'Delete all' - These are used to store temporary files on your computer, ie passwords to other websites and can safely be deleted if you know your passwords or have them stored elsewhere (ie, within emails etc)

- Click on Under the bonnet
- Click the Clear browsing data button
- Click 'Clear browsing data'
